Refurbishment - Manawatu District Council
I was asked to provide stylish, modern locally crafted furniture for the foyer. I had a brightly coloured scheme to work within, and settled on Designers Guild sofa’s upholstered in red with a hexagonal patterned back cushion to echo the shape of ove. The pea green Retro chairs are a great accent colour and style, again the custom made glass meeting table repeats the hexagon shape.
The hard furniture, Kauri side and coffee tables were designed along the lines of the retro chairs.
Lastly the brochure rack, repeating the red upholstery for pin up board.
